Henriette Confurius

Henriette Confurius (born 5 February 1991 in Berlin, Germany) is a versatile German actress whose career has spanned more than two decades, beginning with her first screen appearances in 2001. She grew up in a culturally rich family: her father Gerrit Confurius, a German‑Dutch writer, and her mother, a Dutch theatre actress, fostered an artistic environment that shaped her early fascination with performance, even though she never pursued formal acting education. Instead, she explored hand‑skilled trades before repeatedly returning to the stage and screen, a pattern she describes as an inevitable pull toward acting. Henriette’s breakout role came with The Countess, where she portrayed Kayla, earning her recognition for her ability to convey nuanced emotion in period drama.
