Karim Dulé Hill, known best as Dulé Hill, is an award-nominated American actor with a distinguished career spanning from 1985 to the present. His notable roles include personal presidential aide and Deputy Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff Charlie Young on NBC's 'The West Wing', for which he received critical acclaim and an Emmy nomination. He also starred as Burton 'Gus' Guster on the highly popular USA Network show 'Psych.' Hill's filmography extends beyond television. He played minor roles in movies like 'Holes', 'The Guardian', and 'She's All That' and landed a recurring role on 'Ballers'. More recently, he joined the ensemble of 'Suits' for its final two seasons and took on the character of Bill Williams in the 2021 reboot of 'The Wonder Years.' Beyond his acting work, Hill is recognized for his involvement on the SAG-AFTRA Board of Directors. Born in New Jersey to Jamaican parents, Hill's early life was immersed in the arts. He studied ballet, filled Savion Glover's shoes in 'The Tap Dance Kid' on Broadway, and honed his acting skills at William Esper Studio alongside a business finance degree at Seton Hall University. His career break came in 1985 with a tap dance performance on the MDA telethon. His film debut came in 1993 with 'Sugar Hill,' during his senior year of high school. Hill's career skyrocketed when he landed the role of Charlie Young on 'The West Wing' in 1999. He also had significant roles in 'She's All That,' the series '10.5,' the Disney movie 'Holes,' and 'The Guardian.' Hill's wide-ranging talent extends to voice acting, narrating, and acting in the 2024 PBS documentary 'The Express Way with Dulé Hill.',
