Charlyne Amanda Yi, born January 4, 1986, is an extremely versatile American artist, known for her talent as an actor, comedian, musician, and writer. She gained prominence for her role as Dr. Chi Park on Fox's medical drama House and for voicing multiple distinct characters on various celebrated animated series like Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, Summer Camp Island, and Next Gen. +

Yi made her impactful entry into the world of screenwriting with the acclaimed feature film Paper Heart, which bagged the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.
