Fisher was highly regarded for her other film credits that include Shampoo, The Blues Brothers, and When Harry Met Sally, among others. Not limited to acting, she authored several semi-autobiographical novels and worked on many screenplays as a script doctor. Fisher was posthumously made a Disney Legend in 2017 and was awarded a posthumous Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album the following year.
