Born Alix Sophie Wilton Regan on 26 January 1986 in London, England, she attended L'Ile Aux Enfants primary school before moving on to the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle and later Latymer Upper School for her A‑Levels, demonstrating an early aptitude for languages and performance. In addition to her formal schooling, she honed her craft at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and Stage Coach, where she received intensive training in acting, singing, and dance, laying a solid foundation for her future professional endeavors.
