Mortified, they beat a hasty retreat until they're approached by Valentina, who extends an offer to join forces with Interpol to unravel the mystery surrounding the beautiful people's demise. She also promises to aid Derek in his quest to locate his son.

At Interpol headquarters, Valentina presents Derek and Hansel with a series of unsettling selfies featuring deceased celebrities, asking if they're all, in fact, "Blue Steel."
