What Is Retrieval About?
The premise of Retrieval without spoilers.
19‑year‑old Wojtek lives in a poverty‑stricken Polish town and falls for Katya, an older Ukrainian emigrant living illegally. To earn money he fights in underground boxing bouts, where a security‑business owner notices him. Accepting the offer would turn him into a gangster, but it could also secure a residence permit for Katya, to stay together.
