The story

What Is Rape About?

The premise of Rape without spoilers.

A striking, deliberately blasphemous short follows a “happy, ugly” nun wandering into the forest amid charming bird song. She kneels to a phallic mushroom, oblivious to a lurking rapist. The assault is filmed from a distance, hidden beneath a massive tree that dominates the frame, its branches swaying rhythmically as her discarded clothing and cross flutter upward. Moments later a second tree nearby mirrors the motion, and the exhausted attacker finally steps forward.
