What Is Passing Time About?

Inspired by the music of Uruguayan composer Florencia Di Concilio, this short film is a cinematic reflection by English filmmaker Terence Davies, based on his own poem about his late sister. Shot in a single, serene take of the Essex countryside, it's part of the 2x25 Project, a collaboration with Film Fest Gent and the World Soundtrack Awards. The project involved 25 composers and filmmakers creating unique works where music and cinematography intertwine.
