Quentin Dupieux, also known by his stage name Mr. Oizo, is a highly accomplished French electronic musician, record producer, songwriter, and filmmaker. Born on 14 April 1974, Dupieux is credited with legal names for his films, while "Mr. Oizo" is used for his musical works. He has directed multiple films including 'Rubber' (2010), 'Wrong' (2012), 'Wrong Cops' (2013), and 'Reality' (2014). Initially, Dupieux produced films in the United States, however, in 2018 he shifted to France. He is also popular for his 1999 single 'Flat Beat' under the pseudonym Mr. Oizo. Signed to labels like F Communications, Ed Banger Records, and Brainfeeder, Dupieux has carved a niche for himself in the music as well as the film industry. He started exploring the world of music at the age of 19 when he added soundtrack to his short film using music from a record.
