Immerse yourself in the spellbinding landscapes of three beloved fantasy universes—The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, and The Witcher—through the shimmering, orchestral soundscapes that have enchanted audiences worldwide. Under the baton of Russia’s prodigious young maestro Sergei Akimov, the Sergei Akimov Symphony Orchestra will deliver a tour‑de‑force of iconic film music. Akimov, an alumnus of the Moscow Conservatory and a celebrated conductor on the international stage, has led the RockestraLive orchestra, earned a finalist spot at the 2018 Salzburg conducting competition, and guided the Camerata Salzburg at the Salzburg Festival. A proud graduate of the Italian Opera Academy of Riccardo Muti, he has served as a conductor at the Moscow Operetta Theatre and the Studio for New Music, and in 2018 joined the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under artistic director V. Spivakov. His recent triumph as winner of the European Conducting Competition in Greece further underscores his soaring talent.
