St. Andrew's Day is a time for fun and celebration – and what better way to spend this special evening than with the music we all love? The Pomeranian Philharmonic invites you to a St. Andrew’s Day concert that will combine the worlds of film, jazz, and popular music in a symphonic setting. Capella Bydgostiensis Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Tomasz Szymuś, performs alongside vocalist Zofia Nowakowska, saxophonist Paweł Gusnar, vibraphonist Grzegorz Sikorski, and host Magdalena Miska‑Jackowska. Program highlights include a Saxophone Concerto, John Williams – Escapades from the film Catch Me If You Can; Ennio Morricone – The from the film Cinema Paradiso; Krzysztof Komeda – Baby Rosemary's; and songs such as Two hearts four eyes, Meluzyna, I am your fairy tale, I have this power, You are the cure for all evil, Sleepless.
