Under the skilled direction of conductors Ron Davis Alvarez, Emilia Hoving, Marjolein Vermeeren, Birgitta Mannerström-Molin, and Ida Rosén Hamrå, the evening unfolds with a diverse and captivating program. Relive cherished classics like Alice Tegnér’s “Ute blåser sommarvind,” Mozart’s timeless pieces, Bernstein’s vibrant energy, and Brahms’ profound beauty, alongside the iconic grandeur of Vangelis’ “Conquest of Paradise” and the beloved sailor’s song “Wellerman,” alongside Zara Larsson’s "Symphony.” Prepare to be moved by the world premiere of “Två hjärtan slår samma slag” (Two Hearts Beat the Same Beat), a stunning new composition by Tormod Tvete Vik.
