The program opens with Benjamin Britten’s haunting Four Sea Interludes from ‘Peter Grimes’, followed by Edward Elgar’s iconic Sea Pictures, Op. 37—a TSSO premiere—and culminates with Ralph Vaughan‑Williams’ Symphony No. 7, “Sinfonia Antarctica”, which incorporates music from the score he composed for the 1948 film *Scott of the Antarctic*, also a TSSO premiere.
