Under the baton of conductor Efraín Amaya, the orchestra will re‑create the film’s orchestral swashbuckling flavor, highlighting the powerful horns that deliver the heroic melodies of the first Pirates of the Caribbean installment. The concerts are scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, and Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the Ann Nicole Nelson Hall, Minot State University. Set in the 18th‑century Caribbean, the story follows roguish yet charismatic Captain Jack Sparrow as he navigates the seas aboard the Black Pearl.
