International Music & Cinema Festival Marseille: Regards Croisés (Crossed Views) In partnership with the Music for the Image course of La Satis – the public film school of the University of Aix‑Marseille – the MCM presents *Regards Croisés*, a dynamic residency in musical composition for the image that brings together five leading European institutions. Students from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (Spain), Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (Estonia), Kunstuniversität Graz (Austria), and MSCN Films Music Festivals Academy will collaborate with their peers at La Satis over a ten‑day creative sprint. The result is a joint work that will unfold in the spectacular form of a film‑concert, performed by an orchestra made up of musicians from the Conservatoire Pierre Barbizet de Marseille – a renowned Mediterranean Art Campus. This unique fusion of cinema and live music promises an immersive experience where composition, performance, and visual storytelling converge on the same stage.
