The program takes viewers on a sonic journey through Interstellar, Twin Peaks, Game of Thrones, Severance, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence, weaving together Movements of Hans Zimmer, Philip Glass, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Ennio Morricone, Radiohead, Yann Tiersen, and more. From Zimmer’s dramatic arrangements of “Interstellar” and his orchestrated “Severance” to Glass’s minimalist “Truman Sleeps” and “Mishima/Closing,” the concert transitions seamlessly between minimalism, classical, and art‑pop sensibilities, showcasing the deep musical roots of our cinematic journey.
