“A fairy tale in a melody” brings together the true gentlemen of Estonia’s music scene—artists celebrated on the stages of the Estonian National Opera and beloved by fans across popular concerts—into a single, unforgettable night. On three unique, dark November evenings, the “Gentlemen in Music – A Fairy Tale in Melody” program unfolds a vibrant mix of operetta and musical classics, elegant southern melodies, and songs sung in the language of our homeland. Audiences will be swept away by Italian gems such as “O sole mio” and “You have made me happy,” Mexican treasures like “La Paloma” and “Cielito lindo,” the iconic theme from “The Godfather,” and timeless works by Estonian composers. All this is performed by six distinguished gentlemen—Voldemar Kuslap, Väino Puura, Jassi Zahharov, Oliver Kuusik, Rene Soom, and Heldur Harry Põlda—accompanied by the ensemble Horoscope under the baton of conductor Martin Trudnikov.
