Thaila Ayala Sales (born April 14, 1986) is a Brazilian actress and model whose career spans over two decades, beginning when she was just sixteen years old. She first entered the fashion world as a runway and catalog model, quickly gaining attention for her striking features and natural poise. At the age of twenty, Ayala enrolled in the prestigious Rede Globo Actors Workshop, where she honed her craft and earned the lead role of Marcela in the fourteenth season of the iconic telenovela Malhação, marking her breakthrough into television. In 2007 she collaborated with controversial photographer Terry Richardson for the book Rio, Wonderful Town, a shoot that generated considerable media discussion due to its provocative imagery, yet it also cemented her reputation as a bold and versatile talent.
