Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin, born Enrique Martín Morales on December 24, 1971 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, began his public career as a child when he appeared in television commercials at the age of nine and joined the legendary boy band Menudo at twelve. His early years with Menudo gave him intensive touring experience and exposure to international markets, but the demanding schedule also taught him the discipline that would later shape his solo artistry.
