Regina Torné, born Rosa Vierben del Pilar Marina Incháustegui Anaya on 2 October 1943 in Tabasco, Mexico, is a veteran Mexican actress, singer, and television presenter whose career has spanned more than five decades. Emerging onto the Mexican entertainment scene in the mid‑1960s, she quickly became a recognizable face in both film and television, appearing in a string of genre‑spanning movies such as The Big Cube (1969) where she played the iconic Queen Bee, and Como agua para chocolate (1992) as Mamá Elena, showcasing her ability to move between melodrama and action.
