Navot Papushado

Navot Papushado, an Israeli born on 4th March 1980, is a renowned film director and screenwriter. His birthplace is Haifa, Israel. He was brought up in a Sephardic Jewish family, and he made his dwelling in the northern Galilee community of Yuvalim, Israel. This upbringing possibly influenced his career choice and creative decisions. He kick-started his professional career in 2010 and marked his arrival in the film industry with his directorial debut film 'Rabies' (Kalevet). This film was not just directed by him, but was also co-written. The impeccable script of the movie was result of his collaboration with Aharon Keshales. The film made significant waves, and Papushado started gaining recognition. Only three years post his debut, in 2013, the two again collaborated and released their second join movie 'Big Bad Wolves'. Papushado's film-making prowess is demonstrated in the resourcefulness and originality of the plotlines, and the tactical execution of his projects.
