Martín Seefeld

Martín Seefeld (born 20 November 1960) is an Argentine actor, television host, producer and radio personality whose career spans more than three decades. He was born in Olivos, a suburb of Buenos Aires, and grew up in the Don Torcuato neighborhood, where the cultural mix of his Catholic mother and Jewish father shaped his identity; he later identified himself as Jewish. At the age of twenty he began formal studies in theater, laying the foundation for a versatile stage presence that would later translate to screen and radio. By his late twenties, Seefeld had entered the world of entrepreneurship, designing leather jackets and organizing events, a venture that honed his public‑speaking skills and prepared him for the media spotlight. Since his television debut in 1993, Seefeld has become a household name in Argentina, known for his charismatic hosting style and his ability to blend humor with insightful commentary. He has hosted popular programs, produced series, and acted in numerous television dramas and films, demonstrating a remarkable range that earned him multiple industry awards. His personal life has been equally public; he married model‑actress Raquel Mancini in 1984, a marriage that ended in divorce five years later, and subsequently married Valeria Giuliani in 1990, with whom he shares two children, Lola (born 2003) and Pedro (born 2005). The tragic loss of a close friend in the 1994 AMIA bombing deeply affected him, prompting involvement in community remembrance events.
