Janina Uhse

Janina Uhse (born 2 October 1989) is a German actress whose career began in childhood, nurtured by a fairground family that exposed her to performance art from an early age. She first stepped in front of the camera at nine years old, landing a role in the beloved children’s series Die Kinder vom Alstertal, which introduced her to a national audience and set the stage for future work. Shortly thereafter, she appeared in the popular youth program Die Pfefferkörner, demonstrating a natural ability to convey both innocence and depth. By the age of thirteen, Uhse made her cinematic debut in Der Rattenkönig (2002), a film that marked her transition from television to the silver screen.
