Jack Farthing

Jack Farthing (born 14 October 1985) is a British actor whose career has spanned stage, television, and film. Raised in North London as the son of gastroenterologist Michael Farthing, he attended The Hall School in Hampstead before moving to the prestigious Westminster School. His academic path led him to study History of Art at St Catherine's College, Oxford, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for visual storytelling, a foundation that later informed his nuanced performances. After Oxford, he refined his craft at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, emerging as a versatile talent capable of navigating both period dramas and contemporary comedies.

Farthing first gained widespread attention as Freddie Threepwood in the BBC adaptation Blandings (2013–2014), showcasing his ability to blend humor with a genteel air.
