Isabel Lucas

Isabel Lucas (born 29 January 1985) is an acclaimed Australian actress, environmentalist, and model. Recognized for her versatile roles in numerous films, Lucas made her mark in the industry through her performances in popular productions like 'Home and Away', 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen', 'Daybreakers', 'The Waiting City', 'The Pacific', 'Immortals', and 'That's Not Me'. She has also shown her acting prowess alongside actor Nick Jonas in the thriller 'Careful What You Wish For'. She extended her acting career to American television with the series 'MacGyver' in 2017 and starred in 'In Like Flynn' which was internationally acclaimed. She also gained recognition for winning Best Breakout Performance Female at SPIKE TV's 2009 Scream Awards and a Young Hollywood Award for Female Star of Tomorrow in 2011. She took on a new venture in 2012, starring in Ed Sheeran's 'Give Me Love' music video. Born in Melbourne, and raised in various parts of Australia and Switzerland, she grew up riding horses and engaged in eco-friendly activities since her young age. She also attended the Victorian College of Arts and Queensland University of Technology. She is vocal about environmental causes and contributed promptly to save dolphins in Japan. Lucas's distinguished acting career took a significant turn when she moved to Los Angeles and got the role of Alice in the 2009 film 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' a suggestion from Steven Spielberg.
