Doria Achour is a French‑Tunisian film director and actress born on 1 March 1991, whose career intertwines a rich artistic heritage with a personal commitment to socially resonant storytelling. The daughter of renowned Tunisian director and actor Lotfi Achour and a Russian playwright mother, Doria was immersed from an early age in a vibrant, non‑bourgeois artistic milieu in Paris’s 12th arrondissement. Accompanying her parents to rehearsals and performances, she absorbed theatrical discipline and narrative nuance, which later informed her own screen work. After debuting as the daughter of Sergi López in Manuel Poirier’s Les Femmes… ou les enfants d’abord… (2002), she pursued formal acting training at Théâtre des Déchargeurs for a year, securing several secondary roles in films such as L’enemi naturel and L’École pour tous.
