Chosen Jacobs

Chosen Jacobs (born July 1, 2001) is a renowned American actor and singer. He is highly recognized for his recurring role as Will Grover on the CBS television series Hawaii Five-0 and his portrayal of Mike Hanlon in the 2017 film adaptation of Stephen King's novel It, and its sequel It Chapter Two. Jacobs was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, but at a young age he relocated to Atlanta where he was brought up. His name arose from a peculiar instance when his father heard a baby say something that sounded like 'chosen'.

Jacobs initially began his career as a musician, exhibiting skills in singing and playing the guitar and piano. His acting career sparked off when his mother entered him in theater classes. Intriguingly, his first acting role was in a commercial for Hot Wheels. Determined to expand his music and acting horizon, he moved to Hollywood in 2015. Throughout his career, Jacobs has earned accolades such as the Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Movie at the 2016 Endless Mountains Film Festival for 'Remnants' and the MTV Movie Award for Best On-Screen Team in 2018.
