Carlos Roberto PenaVega, born Carlos Roberto Pena Jr. on August 15, 1989, is a renowned American actor, singer, musician, and director, with his career spanning from 2004 to the present. Best known for portraying Carlos García on the Nickelodeon series, Big Time Rush, he is an integral part of the group by the same name. His voice talents extend to Bobby Santiago in The Loud House franchise. Born in Columbia, Missouri, his Hispanic roots trace back to his Venezuelan and Dominican parents. He developed his fondness for the performing arts during his school years, particularly when he was a part of the Titanic production at the American Heritage School. PenaVega made his acting debut at the age of 15 in the TV series ER, after which he continued gracing our screens in shows like Judging Amy, Summerland, and Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.

PenaVega kick-started his illustrious journey with Big Time Rush in 2009, soon becoming a teen sensation. Showcasing his talent as a singer, he co-wrote many of their hit songs. The years following 2014 marked his solo career, hitting a high note with his single 'Electrico'. Apart from his solo ventures, he participated in the 21st season of Dancing with the Stars. PenaVega and his wife Alexa have also paired for several Hallmark movies, contributing to his diverse portfolio. Further cementing his status in the music industry, in 2024 he announced his new band ANGELS + KINGS, releasing their first song 'Lightning' that October.
