Bridgit Mendler

Bridgit Claire Mendler (born December 18, 1992 in Washington, D.C.) rose to prominence as a child actress on Disney Channel, first appearing in the animated film The Legend of Buddha in 2004 and gaining wider recognition with her role as Juliet van Heusen on Wizards of Waverly Place (2009‑2012). Her breakout lead as Teddy Duncan in Good Luck Charlie (2010‑2014) cemented her status as a teen icon, and she simultaneously showcased her musical talent in the Disney original movie Lemonade Mouth (2011), contributing to a soundtrack that produced chart‑topping singles such as “Ready or Not.” After releasing her debut album Hello My Name Is… in 2012, which peaked at number 30 on the Billboard 200, Mendler embarked on two headlining tours and later explored a more independent sound with the EP Nemesis (2016).
