Brian Beacock

Brian Beacock (born Brian Keith Beacock on March 29, 1966) is an American film, television and voice actor whose career has spanned more than three decades. Raised in Contra Costa, California, he entered the entertainment industry in the late 1980s, initially appearing in small on‑screen parts before discovering a particular talent for dubbing English versions of Japanese anime. His breakthrough came with the role of Takato Matsuki in the popular series Digimon Tamers, a performance that showcased his ability to blend youthful energy with dramatic intensity. Over the years he has become a mainstay in the anime dubbing community, lending his voice to iconic characters such as Byonko in Zatch Bell!, Yumichika Ayasegawa in Bleach, and the enigmatic Monokuma in the Danganronpa franchise, each role adding a distinct layer to his versatile repertoire. In addition to these flagship parts, Beacock has contributed additional voices to dozens of series, often credited under the pseudonym Donn A. Nordean, demonstrating his willingness to support productions in any capacity required. Beyond the small screen, Beacock has built a substantial portfolio in video game voice work, reprising Monokuma across multiple Danganronpa titles and voicing characters such as Luthier in Fire Emblem Heroes and Tay in Seven Samurai 20XX.
