Amber Heard

Amber Laura Heard (born April 22, 1986) is an American actress, known for her versatile roles in both television and film. She first came into recognition with her leading role in the horror film All the Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006). Her varied body of work includes The Ward (2010), Drive Angry (2011), and London Fields (2018) among other films. She also had supporting roles in Pineapple Express (2008), Never Back Down (2008), and The Danish Girl (2015). From 2017 onwards, she gained significant popularity through her portrayal of Mera in the DC Extended Universe, spanning across various films including Justice League (2017), Aquaman (2018), and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023). Apart from acting, Heard is also recognized for her advocacy work. She notably became a volunteer with the American Civil Liberties Union and served as a Human Rights Ambassador for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Additionally, she was involved in multiple high-profile divorce cases, including a reputed defamation case known as Depp v. Heard trial.
