ACP Shivaraj Kumar investigates the suicide of Tejaswani, a case that ties to the notorious gangster Daali and his brother Cockroach. The probe also touches the death of a teenager, allegedly orchestrated by Uncle’s aide Baby Krishna. In a dramatic turn, Shiva corners Baby at his hideout, kills him, and arrests Cockroach, who arrives to celebrate Baby’s birthday. He tortures Cockroach but releases him on bail, constrained by the influence of Daali and Uncle.

Shiva then meets Panchami through an alliance arranged by his superior, and the two begin to spend time together, growing close and planning a future together. A tense cat-and-mouse game unfolds between Daali and Shiva, culminating in Shiva killing Cockroach in an undercover encounter. Daali and his best friend Chitte launch a brutal ambush on Panchami and Shiva during their morning jog, leaving them to fight for their lives. They survive the ordeal but are admitted to a hospital, where Panchami dies from her injuries, leaving [Shiva] and Ramachandra devastated.

Seeking vengeance, Shiva works in the shadows, methodically eliminating every associate connected to Daali—and even taking down Chitte and Uncle. Meanwhile, Panchami’s sister Punarvasu is arrested by Goa Police in a raid, and Shiva rescues her, bringing her to Ramachandra’s house for safety. Daali learns of Shiva’s rising influence and hires a hitman to finish him. The hitman succeeds in killing Ramachandra, but Shiva tracks the killer down and ends Daali at his birthday celebration, delivering a hard-earned justice for Panchami. With Panchami’s death avenged, Shiva moves on, continuing to investigate another case that awaits him.
