At an amusement park, a heart‑broken young man watches his former love with a new boyfriend. When her dog escapes, both suitors scramble to retrieve it. Later, her balloon‑ist uncle offers a two‑person balloon ride, but only if her mother approves. She promises the first admirer who secures her mother’s consent a seat.
