What Is Mad Dogs About?

In a near‑future London a mysterious “Mad Dog Disease” is killing England’s canines. Young drifter Rabbie Burns, a diagnosed schizophrenic, begins hearing voices again—on Underground trains, through supermarket PA systems and his own television. With only thirty hours left, he must spend a final weekend trying to stop the impending disaster before the enigmatic “Supreme Being” grows impatient and resets creation with a new species.
