What Is Maclovia About?
The premise of Maclovia without spoilers.
On a remote Mexican island, a traditional Indigenous community lives isolated and distrustful of outsiders. Beautiful Maclovia falls in love with the poor Jose Maria, but her father forbids any contact or marriage because of Jose Maria’s lack of means, igniting a struggle between love and harsh cultural constraints.
