Jack Tuller, a charismatic musician, storyteller, and lover of life, navigated the world with the air of a celebrated figure, even though his renown stemmed primarily from his infectious personality. His burgeoning career as a performance artist and music impresario in the San Francisco Bay Area took an unexpected turn in 1994 when he received a devastating diagnosis: a terminal brain tumor, with only six months left to live.

“Jack Has A Plan” chronicles the subsequent 25 years of Jack’s life, a period marked by a series of remarkable near-death experiences as he continually evaded the clutches of his persistent existential threat. The question lingers – how could someone remain terminally ill for over two decades?

Undeterred, Jack transformed his brain surgeries into an unconventional Left Coast creative endeavor. This unique project encompassed experimental films, music compositions, personal diaries, and spontaneous bursts of dance.

The film’s central narrative commences when, at the age of 55, Jack’s luck finally runs out. He begins to experience auditory hallucinations – ethereal voices and celestial trumpets echoing within his mind.
