Tasuku Hatanaka, known in Japanese as 畠中 祐, is a renowned Japanese actor, voice actor, and singer. Born on August 17, 1994, Hatanaka embarked on his acting career in 2006 and has made significant contributions in the entertainment industry since then. He is recognized for voicing several characters in popular anime series including Yuma Tsukumo in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, Ushio in Ushio and Tora, Ikoma in Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, Gō Nagakura in Battery, and Fudō Nomura in Armed Girl's Machiavellism. In 2016, he received recognition among the Best Voice Actors for the Newtype Anime Awards. His debut voice acting role was as Edmund Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia, establishing his standing as a voice-dubbing artist. He has been associated with Ken Production since 2013. Hatanaka's contribution to the music industry adds more beauty to his colourful career. He is credited for 'Dying Wish', which served as the opening theme in Moriarty the Patriot, and 'Twisted Hearts', the opening theme for the anime's second season.
