Dina Meyer (December 22, 1968) is a recognized American actress. She began her acting career in 1993, making her debut on the Fox teen drama series Beverly Hills, 90210. Shortly afterwards, she got her breakthrough with a leading role in the 1995 film, Johnny Mnemonic, opposite Keanu Reeves. Meyer has worked in various well-known movies, such as Dragonheart (1996), Starship Troopers (1997), Bats (1999), D-Tox (2002), and Star Trek: Nemesis (2002). In the Saw movie series, she took on the role of Detective Allison Kerry. On the small screen, she played Barbara Gordon/Oracle/Batgirl in the short series Birds of Prey (2002–03).
Born in Queens, New York in 1968, she graduated from Long Island University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. During her blooming acting career, Meyer moved to LA in 1993. She also appeared in the fantasy film Dragonheart directed by Rob Cohen. Later on, she was seen in Friends- NBC sitcom with a recurring role as Kate Miller. In 2000, she starred in the UPN spy show Secret Agent Man, which unfortunately was cancelled after one season. Meyer's other significant roles include lifetime television movies Deception (2004), Crimes of Passion (2005), His and Her Christmas (2005), The Boy Next Door (2008), and Web of Desire (2009).
