Aldis Hodge

**Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge**, born on September 20, 1986, is an established American actor who has achieved recognition for performing significant roles in various sectors of the film industry. The character of Alec Hardison in the TNT series Leverage, MC Ren in the 2015 biopic Straight Outta Compton, and Levi Jackson in the 2016 film Hidden Figures are just a few examples of his brilliant performances. His expertise extends further with roles such as Noah in the WGN America series Underground, Matthew in Girlfriends, and Jim Brown in the 2020 film One Night in Miami. More recent achievements include the portrayal of Hawkman in the DC Film Black Adam and John Stewart/Green Lantern in the animated film Green Lantern: Beware My Power. Hodge was born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and both of his parents served in the U.S. Marine Corps. His older brother, Edwin Hodge, is also an actor.
